The day has start at 4am for me these 2 days. Did this escort tourist to the hotel thing from the airport. Definitely didn't do it for the money but more for the experience. Haha.. cause $20 a session isn't worth it for me but with extra tipping, guess it will be!

Yesterday's couple was from southern california and they were really friendly. Chatted with them quite a bit.. Mr Norman was funny. Recalled asking them whether they had any children back home, he said "She has 2 and I have 2..." Mrs Norman then replied "Oh don't listen to him, it's the same.."

Hmm at age 76 and 74 they have been travelling the world for a couple of years already. They really do have enough money in their pockets.. I mean going on board crystal cruise already says it all. If I remember correct the cruise will be for 2 weeks, stopping at destinations like Thailand, Myanmar, India and finally to Dubai.

Oh and today's couple were so concerned about their luggage that I hardly got to interact with them. They insist that all their luggages were to go with them in the car and so there wasn't enough space for me to fit in.. haha.. Oh well, "washed my hands early today" that's all.

Anyway, Ritz Carlton hotel didn't leave a good impression on me. I mean a 6 star hotel and all, service was not up to expectations. It was disappointing..

Well feeling sleepy but I can't sleep. Guess I will just leave it to auto-tuning..

Anyway wishing Clarice happy birthday in advance first. We guys treated her for buffet dinner at ParkRoyal Hotel yesterday. And wow oh wow, eating buffet with her is seriously worth your every cent and every minute of your time. Lol.. she will be the first person you will call when you are doing food exploring. :)

Great hanging out with you guys. Had some good laugh and when I was back home, I had even more. Jacqueline gave me the links of videos on youtube which were actually done by her group of friends as a 21st Birthday dedication. Definitely felt the sincerity and it was really touching. Had a good sleep last night and it's back to work.

Friday did not go on smooth for me! It was planned that I shall make cupcakes in the morning for Jac, then meet up with my boss at Raffles to pass him back the migration book, then go for my hospital appointment at NUH and then meet up with Jacqueline at about 4pm.

Yeah cupcakes wasn't as nice as the first attempt I must admit. Next thing I knew was that my boss postponed the meeting.. and next up was trouble with my dad's car when I drove to NUH. Air-con was not working and the car was like a furnace. I was like in something ready to explode.. while driving back, dad also decided better to go for servicing and that was when I realised that the thermo was like at "H" already.

Haha so keep shifting the time to meet Jacqueline from like 4.30 to 5, 5 to 5.30.. Zzzz... and after some waiting time, met her at 6pm instead. The not so smooth day was fortunately redeemed by the fun hang out with Jac. Phew.. haha.. Had dinner at Thai Express at the esplanade before walking down to One Fullerton. Jac was telling me there was a starbucks there and I was wondering since when.. Well but I hardly frequent that place so now I know!

Nice comfy ambience there and we tried the Banana Java Chip drink. Yeah it was nice.. and started to feel that it was such a banana day. Lol.. Background music was also like those African or Hawaiian music and we associated it to banana songs.

Haha outings with Jac always turn out crazy but fun! We caught up on lots of stuff and had a nice banana time with her.. Anyway, all the best for her final assessment! Ok here are the pics!

What's happening to people today? Or is it just me? They are all making me laugh just over the slightest things on msn. Well, but that's a good thing. Laughing is the best medicine.

Nothing much, chatting now and playing my guitar while waiting for replies. Haha.. well.. gotta stay up late tonight as bro will be coming back from Taiwan abt 2+.... how early... And I got to admit over 1 month not seeing and talking to him, kinda miss him. Yeah... zzzz... Hope he buys back stuff for me.. or I will regret going to the airport to pick him up. Haha.. just kidding.

Regarding work, sense that more projects will be coming soon. Yeah but I think I will really learn a lot from working in these 2 companies. So yeah see how it goes on whether I will stay on longer or not.

Tomorrow is not a promise but a chance.

Hmm was just thinking if I don't get into the local unis, should I accept the offer at UNSWasia? It's a lot of money we are talking about so yeah.. but see how it goes.. guess the application results can stretch all the way to early june and hopefully it's good news I will receive.

Wow, celebrating my 400th post. Who knows Shari-ann has already caught up with me.. Haha.. Well, just so many memories in this blog alone... It's always nice reading back the previous posts..

Suddenly, just feel like going to a hill top and screammmmmmmm as loud as possible. But as if I by doing so it can throw away all complications and mysteries of the world. Politics, money, and power VS. Health, love, happiness.. How many of us actually just wants a simple life or have we ourselves make our lives too complicated?

Nah, I am not sad or anything but just been thinking. I guess everyone else is like me always thinking of these 3 key things in life. They are none other than Life, Love and Career. LLC I shall call it. Perhaps you are always asking questions but never getting the answers. That's the challenge and test in life.

Remembered my bro once said that life is a cycle of cycle and a system of system. Hearing it for the first time, I didn't really know what it meant. But it set me pondering and I guess whatever happens in life, you gotta learn and move on. Time does not stop for you. And I will also always remember something I read in the NGM. A guy called Mike Horn who set out on an Arctic expedidtion said this "If you worry, you die. If you don't worry, you also die. So why worry?"

So no better what setbacks you face, may it make you a stronger and better person and move on. Life is short, ain't it? Hmm.. I suddenly sound like some optimistic person or is it ironic? Whatever.

Tennis on Friday. Sweat it out... yeah felt great. Haha... Shiya and Clarice on one court and Teo and me at the other. Started like base line and playing the control ball game was fun lol.. Then played a game with the rest after that I got chased by the person-in-charge when we passed our booking time.

Anyway, happy birthday to my grandmother today. :) Went to Cafe Brio for buffet. Food was nice but variety wasn't that much. I like the environment though. Got to sit by the river.. :)

Guess it's just over before you know it. 2 jabs... stinged and slight discomfort and went straight into the big giant noise-making machine for the MRI scan today. Yup all done and no strenuous exercise for me for 1-2 days. Didn't drive the car back. Just in case. We are talking about a tight and bloated knee now.

Much talk abt Prison Break and many saying how nice it is. It's already on Season 2 but I didn't watch a single episode. Haha but a few weeks back actually found Season 1 cds among my brother's "junk" bag. Watched 7 episodes already and must admit it's really nice. Will soon get my hands on season 2. Wooo show is intense and exciting... Like a page-turner story book, you just wanna know what happens next.

Dinner time.... and yeah, maybe need to do some work later. Didi, please dun slack on the job. :P

All I can say is that I was totally shag when I came home from the malaysia trip on Friday. Having late nights playing cards and chatting. Haha the best was sleeping at about 3am on that Friday itself and waking up at 7.30am to go to the gym with Clarice.
